My Leadership Retreat Facilitation brings structure, reflection, and purposeful conversation to your time away from daily operations. Whether you are gathering senior leaders, program directors, or a cross-functional group, I design and facilitate retreats that support strategic thinking, relational trust, and strengths-based growth.
Before the retreat, I meet with key organizers to clarify goals and constraints. Are you entering a new strategic phase, navigating change, or needing space to reset as a team? I then design an agenda that balances strategy, reflection, and renewal, grounded in your context and the SELF Framework. This often includes sessions that surface shared strengths, examine current realities across your ecological context, and name priorities for the months ahead. During the retreat, I guide participants through a sequence of structured dialogues, individual reflection, and small-group work. You might map your leadership ecosystem, engage in a strengths-based review of recent challenges, or co-create principles for how you want to lead together. I pay careful attention to psychological safety and pacing, allowing time for both courageous conversation and quiet thinking.
I provide visible documentation throughout the retreat so that insights, decisions, and questions are captured in real time. Afterward, you receive a synthesized retreat record, including key themes, agreed-upon actions, and suggested follow-up routines to keep the work alive once everyone returns to their daily roles.
My goal is for your retreat to feel like a turning point - where leaders leave with clearer direction, stronger relationships, and a shared sense of how to use their strengths in service of your mission.
